长春市某中医药院校低年级医学生知觉压力与考试焦虑的关系 被引量:4

Relationship Between Perceived Stress and Test Anxiety of Junior Medical Students in a Traditional Chinese Medicine College in Changchun

摘要 目的:探讨知觉压力对中医药院校低年级医学生考试焦虑的影响及其内部作用机制,为改善低年级医学生考试焦虑提供依据。方法:采用考试焦虑量表、知觉压力量表、一般自我效能感量表和情绪调节策略量表对长春市某中医药院校667名低年级医学生进行问卷调查。结果:医学生知觉压力、表达抑制与考试焦虑呈正相关(P<0.01),自我效能感、认知重评与考试焦虑呈负相关(P<0.01);自我效能感、情绪调节策略在知觉压力与考试焦虑间起中介作用;自我效能感、认知重评在知觉压力及考试焦虑间起链式中介作用。结论:降低医学生的知觉压力,有利于保持较高水平的自我效能感,增加认知重评情绪调节策略的使用,从而缓解考试焦虑的发生。 Objective:To explore the influence of perceived stress on test anxiety and its internal mechanism among junior medical students in the traditional Chinese medicine college,so as to provide a basis for improving the test anxiety of junior medical students.Methods:667 junior medical students in a traditional Chinese medicine college in Changchun were investigated with test anxiety scale,perceived stress scale,general self-efficacy scale and emotional regulation strategy scale.Results:Perceived stress,expressive inhibition were positively correlated with test anxiety among medical students(P<0.01).Self-efficacy,cognitive reappraisal were negatively correlated with test anxiety(P<0.01).Self-efficacy and emotion regulation strategies played a mediating role between perceived stress and test anxiety.Perceived stress influenced test anxiety through the chain mediation of self-efficacy and emotion regulation strategies.Conclusion:Reduction of perceived stress of medical students can improve self-efficacy level,enhance the use of emotion regulation strategies of cognitive reappraisal,and then affect test anxiety.
