摘要
应对全球气候问题,中国提出“碳达峰、碳中和”的战略目标。建筑行业碳排放总量高、能源消耗量大,因而对于未来建筑行业的发展提出了绿色转型、数字赋能的策略。协同设计、节能设计与优化设计是BIM技术在正向设计中的主要应用方向,结合绿色建筑设计原则,文章探讨了这三种方向在绿色建筑数字化发展中的具体应用,阐述在“双碳”战略下BIM技术在建筑行业绿色化、数字化转型中的发展潜力。
In response to global climate issues,China has put forward the strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".The construction industry has high total carbon emissions and large energy consumption.Therefore,strategies for green transformation and digital empowerment are proposed for the future development of the construction industry.This paper discusses the demand and application of BIM technology in forward design of the digital development of green buildings from the three main application directions of BIM technology-collaborative design,energy-saving design and optimized design,and expounds the development potential of BIM technology in the process of the greening and digital transformation of the construction industry under the "dual carbon" strategy.
