摘要
5808顺槽掘进至450 m处巷道进向左侧出现严重片帮现象,最大片帮深度达1.4 m,不仅增加了巷道帮部支护难度,而且增加了顶板跨距,导致顶板与巷帮之间三角煤柱出现失稳现象,严重威胁着巷道安全快速掘进。因此,针对5808顺槽帮部垮落机理进行分析,提出了“超前注浆+超前锚索”联合支护技术,通过实际应用,有效控制了巷帮片帮现象,未出现巷道肩角煤柱垮落现象,取得了显著应用成效。
A serious wall fragmentation occurred at the left side of the roadway when the roadway was driven to 450 m of 5808 driving roadway,with the maximum wall fragmentation depth of 1.4 m,which not only increased the difficulty of roadway side support,but also increased the roof span,resulting in the instability of the triangular pillar between the roof and the roadway side,which seriously threatened the safe and rapid tunneling of the roadway.Based on the analysis of the collapse mechanism of the side of the 5808 channel,the"advanced grouting+advanced anchor cable"combined support technology is proposed.Through practical application,the phenomenon of the side fragmentation of the roadway has been effectively controlled,and the phenomenon of the collapse of the coal pillar at the roadway shoulder has not occurred,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
