摘要
                
                    生物信息学是一门涵盖人类基因组学、精准医疗、计算机科学、数学分析以及生物统计学等多个方面的新兴交叉学科。近年来随着"精准医疗"战略计划的开启,生物信息学作为生命科学领域研究手段,迎来了井喷式发展。生物信息学具有内容更新快、实践性强等特点,但我国的生物信息学尚处于起步阶段。这也意味着生物信息学专业现有的教学模式、教学内容和教学体系等已不能满足现在的科研和社会的需求,需要进行改革以跟上时代发展。结合现在生物信息学课程体系、科研创新与实践等方面存在的弊端和不足,以及生物信息学课程教学面临的困境,文章提出对该课程教学体系的建设、改革和创新进行探讨,为促进大数据时代生物信息学课程体系的高质量、持续性发展提供参考,以期培养更符合社会需求的生物信息学优质人才。
                
                Bioinformatics is an emerging interdisciplinary subject covering human genomics,precision medicine,computer computing,mathematical analysis and biostatistics.In recent years,with the opening of the "Precision Medicine" strategic plan,bioinformatics has ushered in a blowout development as a research method in the field of life sciences.However,bioinformatics not only has the characteristics of fast updating of content and strong practicality,but as an emerging discipline,bioinformatics is still in its infancy.This also means that the existing teaching mode,teaching content and teaching system of bioinformatics courses can no longer meet the current scientific research and social needs,and need to be reformed to keep up with the development of the times.Combined with the shortcomings and deficiencies of the current bioinformatics curriculum system,scientific research innovation and practice,as well as the difficulties faced by the bioinformatics curriculum,this paper proposes a discussion on the construction,reform and innovation of the curriculum teaching system,in order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the bioinformatics curriculum system in the era of big data,and provides a reference in order to cultivate better highquality bioinformatics talents.
