摘要
本文运用SWOT分析法探讨智能集装箱在“一带一路”倡议下应对国际贸易风险的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。与普通集装箱相比,智能集装箱的优势主要体现在有助于克服国际物流风险、国际结算风险、保险风险和价格风险,劣势主要体现在研发成本高和使用成本高。“一带一路”倡议实施带来的机会包括通信基础设施合作提供的通信资源、金融合作提供的资金保障、人文交流与合作提供的研发支持;威胁包括在数据安全、通信安全、技术安全等方面形成的威胁。基于以上分析,本文给出的管理策略包括选择智能集装箱作为国际贸易货物运输的工具;选择与中国具有通信基础设施合作、金融合作或人文交流与合作的国家进行国际贸易;选择认同“一带一路”倡议的国家进行国际贸易。
This paper discusses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the smart containers overcoming international trade risks under“the Belt and Road”initiative by SWOT analysis.Compared with ordinary containers,the strengths of smart containers are mainly reflected in overcoming international logistics risks,international settlement risks,insurance risks and price risks,while the weaknesses are mainly reflected in high research and development costs and high use costs.The implementation of“the Belt and Road”initiative brings opportunities including communication resources provided by communication infrastructure cooperation,financial guarantee provided by financial cooperation,research and development support provided by people-to-people exchanges and cooperation,and threats consisting of threats in data security,communication security,technology security,etc.Based on the above analysis,the management strategies given in this paper contain the choice of smart containers as the tool for international trade in goods transportation,and international trade with countries with communication infrastructure cooperation,financial cooperation,people-to-people exchanges and cooperation or identification with“the Belt and Road”initiative.
