摘要
采取微波萃取法提取红薯叶中水溶性膳食纤维(SDF),以SDF得率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为柠檬酸质量分数7%、微波功率为中低火、微波时间58 s,在此条件下红薯叶中SDF得率为26.46%±0.15%。
The soluble dietary fiber(SDF)was extracted from sweet potato leaves by microwave extraction,and the extraction process was optimized by response surface method on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:citric acid mass fraction 7%,microwave power was medium and low fire,microwave time 58 s.Under these conditions,the yield of SDF from sweet potato leaves was 26.46%±0.15%.
