摘要
为全面落实民航局四型机场建设目标,加快推进智慧机场建设步伐,积极推动远程塔台技术应用。构建合理、高效率的远程塔台系统,可以缩减人工成本、提高管制效率。本文设计实现一套新型远程塔台系统,从航管、气象、监视系统组成、功能、配套等方面介绍平台的功能特点,以实现在管制中心对远程机场的空管指挥,最后进行总结。
In order to fully implement the Civil Aviation Administration's goal of building a four-type airport,accelerate the pace of building smart airports,and actively promote the application of remote tower technology.Building a reasonable and efficient remote tower system can reduce labor costs and improve control efficiency.This paper designs and implements a new type of remote tower system,introduces the functional characteristics of the platform from the aspects of air traffic control,meteorology,surveillance system composition,functions,and matching,in order to realize the air traffic control command of remote airports in the control center,and finally summarizes.
