摘要
在水温为15℃,初曝区、好氧区溶解氧(DO)浓度分别为1.5 mg/L、4 mg/L,悬浮填料填充率为50%的条件下,本试验采用人工接种挂膜启动O+A/O-MBBR一体化装置,研究其挂膜启动过程。结果表明,运行至35 d,系统对化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮的去除率分别为93.06%、87.87%,生物膜量稳定在20 mg VSS/g填料左右,成功实现了O+A/O-MBBR一体化装置的微生物驯化培养。
Under the condition that the water temperature is 15℃,the dissolved oxygen(DO)concentration in the initial aeration zone and aerobic zone is 1.5 mg/L and 4 mg/L respectively,and the filling rate of suspended filler is 50%,the experiment uses artificial inoculation to carry out the membrane hanging start-up of O+A/O-MBBR integrated device,and studies the process of the membrane hanging start-up.The results show that after 35 days of operation,the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and ammonia nitrogen of the system are 93.06%and 87.87%,respectively,and the biomass of biofilm is stable at about 20 mg VSS/g packing,which successfully realizes the microbial domestication and cultivation of the O+A/O-MBBR integrated device.
