摘要
人类成功驯化植物通常被认为是农业的发端,但驯化实际上是双向的过程,人类在驯化植物的同时,也在接受植物的驯化。文章从人类学视角,将驯化置于文化范畴,通过宁夏中宁枸杞的生产叙事,呈现枸杞生产实践过程中的生产者即茨农与枸杞的双向驯化关系。茨农对枸杞的驯化体现在他们通过生产实践改变了枸杞的生长环境和表面性状,使其满足自身的生存和发展需要,人的主动性在此过程中得到彰显。与此同时,在枸杞生产实践中,与枸杞有关的生产技艺、文化遗产、社会文化型塑了茨农的文化身份,枸杞与茨农的纠缠关系也规训着茨农的生活。
The successful domestication of plants by human beings is generally regarded as the beginning of agriculture,but the domestication is actually a two-way process.When humans domesticate plants,they are also accepting the domestication of plants.From the perspective of anthropology,the article puts domestication into the category of culture,and presents the two-way domestication relationship between the producers in the process of Gouqi Berry production practice,namely,Farmers and Gouqi Berry,through the narrative of Gouqi Berry production in Zhongning,Ningxia.Growing Gouqi Berry farmers’domestication of Chinese Gouqi is reflected in the fact that they have changed the growth environment and surface properties of Chinese Gouqi Berry through production practice to meet their own survival and development needs,and human initiative has been highlighted in this process.At the same time,in the production practice of Chinese Gouqi Berry,the production skills,cultural heritage and social culture related to it shaped the cultural identity of farmers,and the entanglement between Chinese Gouqi Berry and farmers also regulated the life of them.
