摘要
研究一种工业园区重金属污染废水生物法处理技术。分别采集四种低温细菌与四种真菌,将采集的细菌接种到四种培养基中,加入锌离子标准液,在150 r/min、30℃的条件下对菌种实施二十四小时的培养。将采集的真菌接种到四种培养基中,加入铅离子标准液,在250 r/min、50℃的条件下对菌种实施十六个小时的培养。判定最优诱变条件,使用紫外诱变处理方式对培养的四种细菌和真菌实施紫外诱变处理。筛选比较理想的菌种作为实验菌种。利用实验菌种处理某工业园区重金属污染废水,观察实验菌种的重金属吸附能力;真菌菌种对于锌离子、铅离子的吸附效果更好。
This paper studied the biological treatment technology for heavy metal polluted wastewater in industrial park.It collects four kinds of low-temperature bacteria and four kinds of fungi.It then inoculates the collected bacteria into four kinds of culture media,adds zinc ion standard solution,and culture the bacteria for 24 hours at 150 r/min and 30℃.The paper inoculates the collected fungi into four kinds of culture media,adds lead ion standard solution,and cultures the bacteria for 16 hours at 250 r/min and 50℃.The optimal mutagenic conditions were determined by use ultraviolet mutagenic treatment to carry out ultraviolet mutagenic treatment on four kinds of bacteria and fungi.The ideal strains were selected as experimental strains.The experimental strains were used to treat the heavy metal polluted wastewater in an industrial park,and the heavy metal adsorption capacity of the experimental strains was observed.Fungal strains have better adsorption effect on zinc and lead ions.
