摘要
针对同步带智能终端升降一体机的振动问题,应用多体动力学软件RecurDyn,构建了竖直负载同步带传动系统模型并进行仿真分析,探究转速和初张力对横向振动、从动轮角速度波动、张力波动等传动性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,综合考虑各项传动性能,转速150 r/min、张力120 N的同步带在传动过程中运行最稳定。最后通过三轮一带的仿真和试验,分析得出张紧轮布置的合理位置在同步带中心与从动轮之间。
Aiming at the vibration problem of the synchronous belt LCD screen lifting machine,the multibody dynamics software RecurDyn is applied to establish a vertical synchronous belt transmission system model for simulation analysis to research the influence of active wheel speed and tension force on vibration,driven wheel angular velocity fluctuation,tension fluctuation.The results show that the synchronous belt with a tension force of 120 N at a speed of 150 r/min has the most stable transmission during the transmission process with comprehensive consideration of the transmission performance.Through the simulation analysis of the three-whee synchronous belt transmission system and doing the experiment used laser triangulation methods,it obtains the reasonable position of the tensioner.
