摘要
文章总结了EMS化学诱变用于耐盐碱甜高粱的培育可行性,剖析了EMS化学诱变机制,研究EMS化学诱变技术在耐盐碱甜高粱培育中的应用,首先利用EMS化学诱变剂对甜高粱种子进行化学诱变,并创建突变体库。然后将这些突变体在新疆重度盐碱地种植,并通过耐盐碱指标鉴定和筛选耐盐碱甜高粱突变体,从而可以实现耐盐碱甜高粱的培育。
This paper summarized the feasibility of EMS chemical mutagenesis for saline-alkali resistant sweet sorghum cultivation,analyzed the mechanism of EMS chemical mutagenesis,and studied the application of EMS chemical mutagenesis technology in saline-alkali resistant sweet sorghum cultivation.First,sweet sorghum seeds were chemically mutagenic by EMS chemical mutagens and a mutant library was established.Then,these mutants were planted in severe saline-alkali soil in Xinjiang,and the saline-alkali resistant sweet sorghum mutants were identified and screened by saline-alkali tolerance indexes,so as to realize the cultivation of saline-alkali resistant sweet sorghum.
