摘要
目的探讨蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取济宁市兖州区铁路医院2020年2月至2022年5月收治的40例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法进行分组,施以双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗的设为参照组(n=20),在参照组的基础上,施以蒙脱石散治疗的设为研究组(n=20)。对比两组患儿治疗总有效率、免疫功能情况以及临床症状缓解时间。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率高于参照组,IgG、IgA、CD4/CD8水平均高于参照组,大便恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间、呕吐消失时间、血常规恢复时间以及发热消退时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻可显著提高疗效,改善免疫功能,有效缩短临床症状缓解时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 40 cases of pediatric diarrhea children in Jining Yanzhou District Railway Hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as research objects and grouped according to different treatment methods.Those treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets were set as the reference group(n=20),and those treated with Montmorillonite Powder on basis of the reference group were set as the study group(n=20).The total efficiency of treatment,immune function and remission time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the levels of IgG,IgA and CD4/CD8 were higher than those in the reference group,and the stool recovery time,abdominal pain relief time,vomiting disappearance time,blood routine recovery time and fever regression time were shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montmorillonite Powder for pediatric diarrhea can significantly improve the efficacy,improve immune function,and effectively shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms.
