摘要
对中小型机械制造企业数字化建设进行研究,分析企业管理流程和流程信息化处理,论述信息化平台设计和企业数字化建设中的网络设计。信息化平台设计由四部分组成,分别为建立以企业资源计划为中心的运营管理平台,建立以产品生命周期管理为中心的产品研发设计平台,建立以制造执行系统为中心的智能制造平台,建立企业资源计划和办公自动化系统集成的一体化管理平台。在企业数字化建设网络设计部分,介绍了信息技术网络架构设计原则、运营技术网络建设原则,分析了混合云平台设计和数据中心、数据安全问题。
The digital construction of small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprise was studied,the enterprise management process and flowchart information processing were analyzed,and the information platform design and network design in the digital construction of enterprise were discussed.The information plaform design consists of four parts,namely,the establishment of an operation management platform centered on enterprise resource planning,the establishment of a product R&D and design platform centered on product life cycle management,the establishment of an intelligent manufacturing platform centered on manufacturing execution system,and the establishment of an integrated management platform by enterprise resource planning and office automation system.In the part of network design of enterprise digital construction,the design principle of information technology network architecture and the construction principle of operation technology network were introduced,and the hybrid cloud platform design and data center and data security issue were analyzed.
