摘要
为应对人口快速老龄化带来的问题,以日间照料设施为代表的社区养老服务设施已逐步成为我国养老体系的重点。本文通过对柏林全部114所日间照料设施的调查研究,精准描绘此类设施的建筑画像,在服务定位、选址规模、功能配置和建筑环境等方面总结设施建设的经验,并对我国同类设施的发展提出建设性意见。
To deal with the problems of rapidly ageing population,community-based elderly care facilities,represented by day-care facilities,have become the focal point of China's elderly care system.Based on an investigation of all 114 facilities in Berlin,this paper depicts the architectural portrait of day-care facilities,and summarises experiences in terms of service positioning,site and scale selection,function and building environment,which are of reference significance for similar facilities in China.
