摘要
通沟污泥是排水管网疏浚养护过程中产生的高含水率固体废弃物,对其进行妥善处置成为城市水环境安全的重点难点之一。由于目前已开展的相关研究工作有限,因此研究构建通沟污泥全周期处理处置技术体系十分必要。通过梳理上海、北京等地通沟污泥处理处置现状,借鉴相关应用投产案例,分析通沟污泥处理处置方面存在的共性问题,从通沟污泥产量预测、处理处置工艺选择、设施规模及选址确定、“三废”治理4个方面构建通沟污泥全周期处理处置技术体系。并以福建省泉州市为例,对通沟污泥全周期处理处置技术体系进行应用分析,以期提供规划设计思路,实现通沟污泥的减量化、无害化和资源化。
Dredging sludge is a sedimentary sludge with high moisture content generated during the dredging and maintenance of the drainage pipe network.It has become one of the significant difficulties to dispose properly for protecting urban water environment safety.Because of the limited relevant research,it is necessary to study and construct a full-cycle dredging sludge treatment and disposal technology system.Based on the analysis of the current situation of sewer sludge treatment and disposal in Shanghai and Beijing etc.and reference to relevant practical cases,common problems were analyzed.A full-cycle dredging treatment and disposal technology system was created from four aspects of sewer sludge production prediction,treatment and disposal process comparison and determination,facility scale and site selection and three wastes treatment.Taking Quanzhou City in Fujian Province as an example,this study explored the construction of a full-cycle sewer sludge treatment and disposal technology system in order to provide ideas for planning and design process to realize the reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization of dredging sludge.
