摘要
【目的/意义】从互联网对话视角构建在线健康知识共创模型,揭示在线健康知识共创机理,为促进主流社交平台开展在线健康知识共创提供对策建议。【方法/过程】首先,融合对话理论和群体研讨理论,构建在线健康知识共创模型的理论框架;其次,以知乎平台“宫颈癌”话题的152个提问和32045条回帖为基础,对提出的理论框架进行检验,采用内容分析、文本分析探究健康知识共创中的对话循环机制和对话介入机制,运用线性回归分析方法揭示对话介入活动对健康知识共创效果的影响。【结果/结论】基于对话理论的在线健康知识共创模型由对话循环和对话介入两个模块组成;对话循环遵循“从议题到方案”的研讨逻辑,依托在线交流平台的交互功能实现多重对话空间连贯;对话介入强调在线文本的语言功能,细分为对话扩展和对话收缩,两者均显著影响单个对话空间中健康知识共创效果。【创新/局限】借鉴互联网对话理论构建在线健康知识共创模型,进而揭示对话因素对知识共创效果的影响,并利用知乎平台健康对话数据进行检验,后续研究须引入各种类型在线平台的健康对话数据进行模型验证与优化。
【Purpose/significance】By building an online health knowledge co-creation model from the perspective of Internet dialogue,the mechanism of online health knowledge co-creation is revealed, so as to provide countermeasures for promoting online health knowledge co-creation on mainstream social platforms.【Method/process】Firstly, build a theoretical framework of online health knowledge co-creation model by integrating dialogue theory and group discussion theory together. Secondly, based on the online dialogue text of "cervical cancer" topic on Zhihu platform, including 152 questions and 30245 replies, the proposed theoretical framework is tested, content analysis and text analysis are used to explore the dialogue cycle mechanism and dialogue intervention mechanism in the co-creation of health knowledge, and the linear regression analysis is used to reveal the impact and difference of dialogue intervention activities on the co-creation effect of health knowledge.【Result/conclusion】The online health knowledge co-creation model based on dialogue theory consists of two modules: co-creation based on dialogue cycle and co-creation based on dialogue intervention. The dialogue cycle follows the discussion logic of "from topic to plan", and relies on the interactive function of the online communication platform to realize the coherence of multiple dialogues spaces. Dialogue intervention emphasizes the linguistic function of online text,and is subdivided into dialogue expansion and dialogue contraction, both of which affect the health knowledge co-creation effect in a single dialogue space.【Innovation/limitation】Based on dialogue theory, construct an online health knowledge co-creation model and reveal the influence of dialogue factors on the effect of knowledge co-creation. However, only the health dialogue data of the Zhihu platform is used for testing, and follow-up research must introduce the health dialogue data of various types of online platforms for model verification and optimization.
