摘要
在全球经济体系的快速发展,人民生活质量不断提高过程中,生活生产需求逐渐完善满足的背景下,人们对精神文化的需求越来越大。为满足人民对文化的需求,提升人民的科学文化素质,增强文化自信,增加文化自豪感,各国根据实际情况实施公共文化服务建设。公共文化服务建设需要各方面力量的推动,而社会力量包含着多样的、多元的、各方面的力量,是当代社会各方面力量的集合体,能够推动公共文化的服务建设,社会力量的参与成为推动公共文化服务建设的重要方式。
Under the background of the rapid development of the current global economic system,the continuous improvement of people's quality of life and the gradual improvement and satisfaction of life production demand,people's demand for spiritual culture is growing.In order to meet the cultural needs of the people,improve their scientific and cultural quality,enhance their cultural confidence and increase their cultural pride,countries have implemented the construction of public cultural services in light of the actual conditions.The construction of public cultural services needs the promotion of various forces,and the social forces contain various forces,which are the aggregate of all aspects of the contemporary society,and can promote the construction of public cultural services.The participation of social forces has become an important way to promote the construction of public cultural services.
