基于缺陷关联规则挖掘的开关柜质量智能判定系统

摘要 针对目前开关柜验收工作中检测指标不明确、存在主观因素强、缺少精细化质量评级、数据缺乏平台化管理等问题,提出了一种基于历史验收数据的开关柜质量判定系统。统一并建立了开关柜外观尺寸参数、电气性能参数、机械性能参数三个维度的验收指标体系,利用apriori算法对电网验收开关柜历史数据进行关联规则挖掘,基于关联关系结果进行开关柜动态赋权,在此基础上利用模糊评价法对开关柜整体及各层次质量进行精细化等级评分。该系统基于卡车移动平台采用机械臂搭载多传感器搭建了开关柜检测平台,依据采集信息进行质量判定,实现对开关柜各维度性能及整体质量的优劣评级等功能。 In view of the strong subjective factors and lack of refined quality ratings in current switchgear acceptance work,a switchgear quality evaluation system is proposed based on historical acceptance data.A three-dimensional acceptance index system for switchgear appearance size parameters,electrical performance parameters,and mechanical performance parameters is established.The apriori algo-rithm is used to mine the historical data of the power grid acceptance switchgear,and the switchgear is dynamically assigned weights based on the correlation results.On this basis,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality of the switchgear.Based on a truck mobile platform,a robotic arm equipped with multiple sensors is used to build a switchgear detection platform,and the quality e-valuated according to the collected information,realizing the functions of grading the performance of each dimension and the overall quality of the switchgear.
