摘要
研究了采用氧压酸浸法从铜冶炼电尘灰中回收铜、锌、砷,考察了氧气压力、酸度、液固质量比、反应温度和反应时间对铜、锌和砷浸出率的影响。结果表明:在硫酸酸度40 mol/L、氧气压力0.8 MPa、液固质量比2/1、反应温度80℃、反应时间4 h条件下,铜、锌和砷浸出率分别为97.12%、95.31%和96.52%,该法可实现电尘灰无害化、资源化利用。
The oxygen pressure acid leaching of copper,zinc and arsenic from copper smelting dust was studied.The effects of oxygen pressure,acidity,liquid/solid mass ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the leaching rate of copper,zinc and arsenic were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of sulfuric acid of 40 mol/L,oxygen pressure of 0.8 MPa,liquid/solid mass ratio of 2/1,reaction temperature of 80℃and reaction time of 4 h,the leaching rates of copper,zinc and arsenic are 97.12%,95.31%and 96.52%,respectively.And it can realize the harmless and resource utilization of electric dust.
