摘要
运用文献研究和逻辑分析的方法,对COP理论进行阐释,并以此为基础,对当前大中小学体育教师合作发展存在的问题给予审视。结果发现:其困境主要体现在共同愿景模糊,价值观念分离及目标利益冲突;共同参与受阻,身份认同缺失及合作机制固化;共享资源弱化,交流平台不足及制度保障匮乏。基于此,笔者提出大中小学体育教师合作发展实践路径:以“共同愿景”为合作导向,达成共同发展价值共识;以“共同参与”为合作形式,培育互惠共赢的伙伴关系;以“共享资源”为合作手段,搭建教研共同体交流平台;以“共同规则”为合作保障,完善一体化发展制度体系。
Using the methods of literature research and logical analysis, this paper explains the COP theory, and on this basis examines the problems existing in the current cooperative development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities: vague common vision, separation of values and conflict of objectives and interests;blocked joint participation, lack of identity and solidification of cooperation mechanism;weakening of shared resources, insufficient communication platforms and lack of institutional guarantee. Based on the above, this paper puts forward the practical paths of cooperative development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities by taking “common vision” as the cooperation orientation to establish a common development value consensus, fostering a mutually beneficial and win-win partnership in the form of “joint participation”, taking “sharing resources” as a means of cooperation to build an exchange platform for the teaching and research community, and taking “common rules” as the guarantee of cooperation to improve the integrated development system.
