摘要
膜技术在城市污水处理中得到了充分发展,但在尾水处理方面未引起足够的重视。采用纳滤膜成品实验装置处理城市污水处理厂尾水,研究了纳滤膜水处理过程中过膜压差、膜通量、污染物截留率之间的关系,并进一步探讨膜重复使用性能。结果表明纳滤膜装置处理城市污水处理厂尾水过膜压力变化较小,持续运行膜通量基本无变化,纳滤膜处理尾水对COD_(cr)、TP和NH_(3)-N的平均去除率分别为68.353%,84.478%和59.816%。纳滤膜装置处理尾水的水质指标可达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放一级A标准。
The research and development of upgrading and transformation technology of urban sewage treatment plants has always been a key concern of environmental protection workers.Presently,membrane technology has been developed,but its application on the treatment of tail water has not attracted enough attention.In this study,the nanofiltration membrane device was used to treat the tail water of municipal sewage treatment plant.The relationship among membrane pressure difference,membrane flux and pollutant retention rate in the process of nanofiltration membrane water treatment was investigated.The membrane reuse performance was discussed further.The results showed that the membrane pressure of the nanofiltration device in the treatment of tail water of municipal sewage treatment plant kept stable with the constant of membrane flux.The average removal rates of COD_(cr),TP and NH_(3)-N were 68.353%,84.478%and 59.816%,respectively.The treatment of tail water by nanofiltration technology can reach the first level A standard of GB18918-2002.
