摘要
通过梳理国际裂变创业研究领域的相关文献来进一步推进国内研究进展。首先,回溯了裂变创业研究的兴起与概念演变;其次,通过文献检索与编码,将裂变创业文献归类于两个视角,即新创企业视角与在位企业视角,并从这两大视角对现有裂变创业研究主题进行梳理;最后,基于研究回溯与文献梳理对当前研究脉络进行总结,并对未来研究进行展望,以相关回顾与展望内容共同形成了裂变创业研究的整体性框架。
This study intends to further promote the domestic research progress by combing the relevant international literature.Firstly,this study reviews the conceptual evolution of spin-off entrepreneurship.Secondly,through literature retrieval and coding,this study classifies the spin-off entrepreneurship literature into two perspectives,namely the new venture perspective and the incumbent enterprise perspective,and reviews the existing spin-off entrepreneurship research issues from the two perspectives.Thirdly,this study summarizes the current research based on the literature review and prospects the future research.
