摘要
为提高煤化工企业生产效率和产品质量,需要对生产系统中的设备与技术进行创新研究,而压力容器是煤化工企业十分重要的设备之一。基于此,煤化工企业必要保证压力容器的设计质量。文章首先对煤化工压力容器的设计标准和基础原则进行简单阐述,随后对压力容器材料设计、图纸设计环节中的注意事项进行具体分析,最后对压力容器设备设计过程中的注意事项以及相关设计指标问题进行了分析探讨。
In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality of coal chemical enterprises,it is necessary to carry out innovative research on the equipment and technology in the production system,and the pressure vessel is one of the most important equipment in coal chemical enterprises.Based on this,it is necessary for coal chemical enterprises to ensure the design quality of pressure vessels.At first,the article briefly describes the design standards and basic principles of pressure vessels for coal chemical industry,then analyzes the matters needing attention in the material design and drawing design of pressure vessels,and finally analyzes and discusses the matters needing attention in the design process of pressure vessels and related design indicators.
