S油田油气举升能耗分析及措施研究

摘要 随着油田开发生产阶段不同,油井运行情况也会随之变化,进而影响油气举升的机采效率,针对油田不同的开发阶段,采用何种节能降耗措施成为油田现场工作的研究重点。S油田生产井结蜡严重、部分电机老化、落后的加药方式、固化的井下管柱组合等是带来高能耗的主要原因。针对以上问题,结合现场生产实际,不断强化技术创新,探索出一套系统降低举升能耗、节约成本的方法:更换节能电机、抽油机调节平衡、井下管柱结构优化、引进自动加药装置、优化调整药剂选型。S油田通过多种方法相结合,有效降低了油气举升能耗,年节约成本197.2万元,为油田绿色高效发展奠定了基础。 With the different periods of oilf ield development and production,the operation of oil wells will also change,which in turn will affect the eff iciency of oil and gas lifting,so for different development periods of oilf ields,what kind of energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures are adopted has become the focus of research on oilf ield f ield work.The production of well wax in S oilf ield is serious,some motors are aging,backward dosing methods,cured downhole pipe and column combinations,etc.are the main reasons for high energy consumption.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual production of the site,we will continuously strengthen technological innovation and explore a system to reduce energy consumption and save costs:replace the energy saving motor,the pumping machine adjusts the balance,downhole pipe string structure optimization,introduction of automatic dosing device,optimize and adjust the selection of agents.Through the combination of various methods,S oilf ield has effectively reduced the energy consumption of oil and gas lifting,saving an annual cost of 1.972 million yuan,laying the foundation for the green and eff icient development of oilf ield.
