摘要
非特异性腰痛是临床常见病,虽然在临床上针对该病的临床研究中评价量表较多,主要涉及腰部疼痛类量表、功能障碍类量表、情绪障碍类量表以及生活质量类量表等,但存在使用欠准确的情况。故本文评估上述各类量表的内容和特点,总结各量表的优缺点,以期客观准确评价临床治疗非特异性腰痛的疗效。
Non-specific low back pain is a common clinical condition.Although there are many evaluation scales in clinical studies on this condition,mainly involving low back pain scales,functional impairment scales,emotional disturbance scales,and quality of life scales,there are cases of lack of accuracy in their use.Therefore,in this paper,the content and characteristics of the above-mentioned scales are evaluated and the advantages and disadvantages of each scale are summarized in order to objectively and accurately evaluate the efficacy of clinical treatment of nonspecific low back pain.
