摘要
挤压速度不仅决定着生产效率,而且对挤压制品的显微组织和力学性能有着很大的影响。本试验探讨了不同挤压速度对6082铝合金管材显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:挤压过程中坯料和模具的摩擦促进动态再结晶的发生;提高挤压速度,再结晶晶粒尺寸变大、再结晶面积增大;随着挤压速度的升高,管材的屈服强度和抗拉强度先降低后逐渐升高;当挤压温度为450℃、挤压速度为10 mm/s时,6082铝合金管材的力学性能最好。
The extrusion speed not only determines the production efficiency,but also has a great influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the extruded products.The effects of different extrusion speeds on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy pipes were investigated.The results show that the friction between billet and die promotes the dynamic recrystallization,increases the extrusion speed,increases the recrystallization grain size and recrystallization area.With the increase of extrusion speed,the yield strength and tensile strength of the pipe decrease first and then increase gradually.When the extrusion temperature is 450℃and the extrusion speed is 10 mm/s,the mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy pipes are the best.
