摘要
全球“碳中和”背景下,清洁能源的需求高涨,锂已成为战略资源。黏土型锂矿储量大且未大规模开发利用,未来将成为锂产品供应的重要来源。针对氧化锂含量为0.53%的黏土型锂矿,进行了氯化焙烧—酸浸试验研究。结果表明,在氯化钙用量18%、焦炭用量5%、焙烧温度800℃、焙烧60 min、10%硫酸浓度作浸出剂、液固比3:1、浸出时间120 min的条件下,获得了锂浸出率92.16%的技术指标。通过氯化焙烧,黏土型锂矿中的铝硅酸盐矿物转化为氯硅铝钙石,有利于锂的浸出;焙烧温度高于800℃时,氯硅铝钙石逐渐分解,硅灰石与硅酸铝钙生成,阻碍了锂的浸出。
In the context of global"Carbon neutrality",the demand for clean energy is soaring,and lithium has become a strategic resource.Clay-type lithium ore has large reserves and has not been developed and utilized on a large scale,and will become an important source of lithium product supply in the.future.The chlorination roasting-acid leaching experiments were carried out for the clay-type lithium ore containing 0.53%lithium oxide.Results showed that under the conditions of 18%calcium chloride dosage,5%coke dosage,roasting temperature 800℃,roasting for 60 min,10%sulfuric acid concentration as leaching agent,liquid to solid ratio 3:1 and leaching time 120 min,the technical index of lithium leaching of 92.16%was obtained.Through chlorination roasting,the aluminosilicate mineral in the clay-type lithium ore was converted into wadalite,which was beneficial to the leaching of lithium.When the roasting temperaturewas higher than 800℃,the wadalite gradually decomposes,and wollastonite and aluminum calcium silicate were formed,which hindered the leaching of lithium.
