摘要
目的分析医药物流企业在中成药储藏保管中应用综合管理方法的效果,并以互联网+为主要指导,以期为中成药的储藏保管提供科学有效的方案。方法将互联网+指导下的综合管理应用于医药物流企业中成药仓库管理。并且对实行综合管理前后的120批中成药进行了收集和比较研究。比较实施前后药品仓储效率、药品仓储差错发生情况、物流企业工作质量和客户满意度。结果实施后汇总申请单时间、制作储藏单时间以及审批储藏单时间均短于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后常温药品、冷藏药品以及其他药品差错事件发生率均低于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后药品剂型错误、药品种类错误、药品损坏、药品变质发生率均低于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后客户满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论综合管理在医药物流企业中成药储藏保管中的实际应用具有一定的优势,可有效提高药品储藏保管效率,降低药品差错事件发生风险,从而改善并提升物流企业的工作效率,进而提高客户满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated management method for storage and storage of proprietary Chinese medicine(PCM)in pharmaceutical logistics enterprises,and to provide a scientific and effective scheme for storage and storage of PCM with Internet+as the main guidance.Methods The Integrated Management under the guidance of Internet was applied to the warehouse management of Chinese patent medicine in pharmaceutical logistics enterprises.And 120 batches of Chinese patent medicines before and after the implementation of integrated management were collected and compared.Compare pre-and post-implementation drug warehousing efficiency,drug warehousing errors,logistics quality and Customer satisfaction.Results The time of collecting the application form,making the storage form and approving the storage form after implementation was shorter than that before implementation(P<0.05).The rate of error events of room temperature drugs,room temperature drugs and other drugs was lower after implementation than that before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,the rate of drug form error,drug type error,drug damage and drug deterioration was lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).The Customer satisfaction after implementation was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The study shows that the integrated management has certain advantages in the practical application of the storage and storage of Chinese patent medicines in the Pharmaceutical Logistics Enterprises,which can effectively improve the storage and storage efficiency of Chinese patent medicines and reduce the risk of drug errors,so as to improve and enhance the work efficiency of property enterprises,and thus improve customer satisfaction.
