摘要
目的 分析新冠疫情背景下"互联网+伤口造口护理"的可行性及效果,为今后深入开展提供依据.方法 组建互联网护理服务小组,通过多种形式对上线人员进行培训,定期反馈问题,制定解决方案,开展线上护理咨询问诊服务.通过电话回访测评患者满意度.结果 2020年1月到2021年12月共完成线上护理咨询问诊426人次.线上护理问诊与同期线下门诊比较治疗效果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).患者满意度为100%.结论 "互联网+伤口造口护理"可行、有效,为今后深入开展进行了有益尝试.
Objective To analyze the feasibility and effect of"Internet+wound ostomy care"in the context of COVID-19,and to provide basis for further development in the future.Methods An Internet nursing service team was established to train online staff through various forms,hold regular working meetings,assign tasksfeedback problemsformulate solutions,and carry out online nursing consultation and consultation services.The satisfaction was evaluated through the Internet platform.Results From January 2020 to December 2021,426 online nursing consultations were completed.There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between online nursing consultation and ofline outpatient service in the same period(P>0.05).Patient satisfaction was 100%.Conclusion n"Internet+wound ostomy care"is feasible and effective,which is a useful attempt for further development in the future.
