摘要
                
                    导师联合指导对博士生跨学科培养质量的影响如何尚无定论,对全国22382份博士毕业生的问卷数据进行分析发现:第一,多学科联合指导对博士生的基本学术能力增值和跨学科能力增值有显著的正向预测作用,该效应大于单学科联合指导,且在不同学科领域均得到验证;第二,单学科联合指导仅对人文学科博士生的基本学术能力增值无显著影响,仅对工学和医学博士生的跨学科能力增值有显著的正向预测作用;第三,在学位论文为跨学科选题的博士生中,多学科联合指导的积极作用更强,但多学科联合指导的覆盖面有待扩大。为有效提升我国博士生跨学科培养质量,培养单位应加强多学科导师联合指导制度的建设,促使更多博士生尝试跨学科研究,给学位论文为跨学科选题的博士生配套以多学科的导师指导。
                
                How the team supervision affects the interdisciplinary training quality of doctoral students has not been determined.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data of 22382 doctoral graduates in China,it is found that:multidisciplinary team supervision has a significant positive effect on doctoral students’improvement of basic academic ability and interdisciplinary ability,the effect is greater than that of single-discipline team supervision,and has been verified in studenst from different disciplines;the team supervision of single-discipline only cannot improve the basic academic ability of humanities students,and only has a significant positive effect on the improvement of interdisciplinary ability of engineering and medical students;among students whose dissertations topic are interdisciplinary,multidisciplinary team supervision show a more postive effect,however,the coverage of multidisciplinary team supervision needs to be expanded among them.In order to effectively improve the quality of interdisciplinary training of doctoral students,institution should strengthen the multidisciplinary team supervision system construction,urge more students to try interdisciplinary research,and provide multidisciplinary team supervision for students who had already chose interdisciplinary topic in dissertation research.
