摘要
新冠疫情下,医院对于体征监护的要求越来越高,需要及时监测患者的体温、血氧饱和度等参数,从而进行治疗。然而,目前的监护仪普遍缺乏数据传输功能,医护人员需走到仪器面前才能读取体征数值,这极大地增加了医护人员的工作量。为此,文中提出一种基于STM32的物联网多体征参数监护系统。该系统结合物联网技术与监护仪,通过STM32控制各模块传感器采集体征参数,进行运算处理后在液晶屏上显示;通过蓝牙模块将各体征参数无线传输到上位机显示,实现远程监护和管理,为医护人员减轻负担。实验测试结果表明,MLX90614红外传感器测量精度可达到0.01℃,MAX30102传感器测得的血氧饱和度、脉率与专用医学监测仪误差在0.1%以内,说明所设计系统与医用设备有一致性,具有医用价值。
Under the COVID⁃19 epidemic,hospitals are increasingly demanding physical sign monitoring,and need to timely monitor the patient′s temperature,blood oxygen saturation and other parameters for treatment.However,the current monitor generally lacks the data transmission function,and the medical staff need to walk in front of the instrument to read the physical sign value,which greatly increases the workload of the medical staff.Thereforce,Internet of Things multi⁃physical⁃sign parameters monitoring system based on STM32 is proposed.By combining the Internet of Things technology with the monitor,the system can control the physical parameters of each module sensor by means of STM32 to display them on the LCD screen after calculation and processing.All physical parameters are wirelessly transmitted to the upper computer by means of Bluetooth module for display,so as to realize remote monitoring and management and reduce the burden for medical staff.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of MLX90614 infrared sensor can reach 0.01℃,and the error of blood oxygen saturation,pulse rate measured by MAX30102 sensor and special medical monitor is within 0.1%,indicating that the designed system is consistent with medical equipment and has medical value.
