摘要
公立医院改革的不断深入,对医院财务管理水平提出了更高要求,作为医院财务管理主要工作内容的业财融合建设至关重要。文章将以Q中医医院为例,分析业财融合建设在医院发展中的作用,并结合医院财务管理需要,提出加强医院财务管理中业财融合建设的策略,以提升医院各类财务资源的利用率,实现医院提质增效、可持续高质量发展的目标和愿景。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of public hospitals,higher requirements are put forward for the hospitals finan-cial management ability.As the main work content of hospital financial management,the integration of industry and finance is crucial.This paper will take Q hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as an example to analyze the role of industry finance integration construction in hospital development,and put forward strategies to strengthen industry finance integration construction in hospital financial management in combination with the needs of hospital financial management,so as to improve the utilization rate of various financial resources of the hospital,achieve the goal and vision of improving quality and efficiency of the hospital,and sustainable high-quality development.
