摘要
人参的药用价值很高,是我国传统中医治疗疾病的重要药物之一。随着时代的发展以及科研水平的提高,通过各种现代科学技术对人参化学成分、体内代谢、药理活性及作用机制的研究取得了一定的研究成果。随着人们生活水平的日益提高,非传染性慢性疾病的高患病率和致死率也在随之增长,已对人类的健康造成严重威胁。通过对近年来国内外相关研究进行归纳整理,本文综述了人参防治非传染性慢性疾病的研究进展,为推动人参药效物质及药理作用更深层次的研究和药物开发提供理论基础和参考。
Ginseng is one of the most important herbal medicines in treating diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine,with high medicinal value.As the times develop and the scientific research level improves,studies in the chemical constituent,metabolism,pharmacological activity,mechanism of ginseng through various modern scientific technology have gained certain achievements.With the improvement of people's life level,the high prevalence and fatality rate of noninfectious chronic diseases are increasing,which threatened human health seriously.This paper reviews the progress of ginseng in the prevention and treatment of noninfectious chronic diseases by summarizing the relevant domestic and international researches in recent years,and provides the basis and reference for promoting the deeper research of the pharmacological substances and activities of ginseng and it's relevant drug development.
