摘要
介绍了一种罗氏线圈灵敏度的校准装置及校准方法,采用高稳定大功率交变电流源,校准时通过电流比例标准和标准电阻I/U转换方式确定标准一次电流值,从而确保罗氏线圈灵敏度校准的有效性及准确性。分析罗氏线圈灵敏度校准过程的影响因素并对测量结果进行了不确定度评定分析。
Roche coil is a kind of AC current measuring equipment,which has many advantages over traditional current measuring devices such as current transformer.It has convenient wiring,wide measuring frequency range and current range,etc.It’s widely used in power,petrochemical,new energy industries,especially in large current test and monitoring,high-frequency testing and analysis of applications.This paper introduces a calibration device and method of Roche coil sensitivity,which adopts high stable and large current source.Adopted I-U conversion mode determines the primary standard current by AC current ratio standard and standard resistance,so as to ensure the validity and accuracy of Roche coil sensitivity calibration.The impact factors of the calibration process are analyzed and the uncertainty of measurement results is evaluated.
