摘要
习近平法治思想是新时代深入开展法治教育,增强全民法治观念的思想纲领。党的二十大报告指出,要加快建设法治社会,弘扬社会主义法治精神,传承中华优秀法律文化,引导全体人民做社会主义法治的忠实崇尚者、自觉遵守者、坚定捍卫者。在我国,“法德合治”教育具有培育法治建设主体、塑造公民道德品质等重要功能。从具体实践来看,“法德合治”教育正是对党的二十大精神的贯彻落实。基于此,以“法德合治”思想为指导,从法德协同视角研究“法德合治”教育的源流、目前的应然状况、走出困境的必然使命和实践路径等。
Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is an ideological guideline for deepening the education of the rule of law and enhancing the concept of the rule of law for all in the new era.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a society governed by law,promote the socialist spirit of the rule of law,inherit the excellent legal culture of China,and guide all the people to be loyal advocates,conscientious followers,and strong defenders of the socialist rule of law.In China,the education of"the combination rule of law and morality"has important functions of cultivating the subject in the rule of law construction and shaping the civic virtue quality;in practice,the education of"the combination rule of law and morality"is the implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Based on this,guided by the idea of"the combination rule of law and morality",from the perspective of law and morality cooperation,this paper explores the origin of the education of"the combination rule of law and morality",the current ideal situation,the inevitable mission of getting out of the predicament,and the practical path.
