摘要
知识习得的操作性,是体育课堂教学的本质特征,决定体育课堂教学能够作为一种教学形式独立存在的价值。体育课堂教学实践改进的前提是体育教师自身持续地专业成长,这需要破除对体育教师职业能力的“万金油”式定位,让体育教师在职前学习中真正做到学有所长,在职后教学中始终能教其所长;需要体育教师在学科范畴内同时做到“会做、会教、会育”;需要体育教师根据体育课堂教学的本质特征对教学过程推进、教学活动安排、教学环境布置、学练方式设计等进行精心考虑和设计。
The operation of knowledge acquisition is the essential feature of physical education teaching(PET),which determines the value of the independent existence of PET as a instructional mode.The continuous professional development of PE teachers is the prerequisite for the improvement of PET practice.which needs to break the“versatile”orientation of PE teachers’professional ability,so that PE teachers could truly learn to have their excel in skills in pre-service learning,and always teach what they’re good at in post-service teaching.Which requires PE teachers to be able to“do,teach and nurture”at the same time within the discipline scope.Which also requires PE teachers to carry on the careful consideration and design to the teaching process advancement,the teaching activity arrangement,the teaching environment arrangement,the learning and praticing way according to the essential characteristics of PE teaching.
