摘要
目的 探讨分析眩晕采用通窍活血汤合泽泻汤加减方治疗的效果。方法 选取医院于2019年8月-2020年12月收治的216例眩晕患者为研究对象,基于双色球分组法将216例患者分为对照组(n=108例)、试验组(n=108例),分别给予硝苯地平缓释片、中药汤剂治疗,获取两组疗效数据并进行对比。结果 试验组治疗有效率98.15%大于对照组81.48%(P<0.05)。试验组治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周后的眩晕症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗4周后的血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应率(5.56%vs.9.26%)比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论 眩晕采用中药汤剂治疗,可提升治疗效果,改善眩晕症状,降低血压水平,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze effect of activating blood circulationand decoction and modified alisma decoction in treatment of vertigo.Methods The paper chose 216 cases vertigo patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 as study subjects,and divided them into control group(n=108 cases)and test group(n=108 cases)based on dichromatic grouping method,treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets and traditional Chinese medicine decoction respectively.Curative effect data between two groups were obtained and compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in test group was 98.15%,higher than control group(81.48%,P<0.05).Vertigo symptoms score in test group after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment was lower than control group(P<0.05).Blood pressure level of test group after 4 weeks of treatment was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse drug reaction rate between two groups(5.56%vs 9.26%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction can improve treatment effect,symptoms of vertigo and reduce blood pressure level of vertigo patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
