摘要
随着社会的不断进步和发展,人们对于机械制造的标准也越来越高。以往的机械制造业会导致材料的巨大浪费,而且在生产的过程中也会排放出一些污染,不利于环境的保护。对绿色制造业的新型机械制造工艺和装备技术进行分析,研究了绿色制造业的产品设计、材料选择和工艺创新等方面,对机械设备生产整个过程的有效管理,从而节约了各种资源避免过度浪费,有利于产业的可持续发展。
With the continuous progress and development of society,people's standards for machinery manufacturing are getting higher and higher.The previous machinery manufacturing industry will lead to a huge waste of materials,and will also emit some pollution in the process of production,which is not conducive to the protection of the environment.The new machinery manufacturing process and equipment technology of green manufacturing is analysed,and the product design,material selection and process innovation of green manufacturing are studied.The effective management of the whole process of machinery and equipment production,thus saving various resources to avoid excessive waste,is conducive to the sustainable development of the industry.
