Nb元素及退火温度对双相钢组织性能的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Nb element and annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of dual phase steel

摘要 为了研究Nb元素及I&Q&P工艺对双相钢组织演变及力学性能的影响,设计了1号无Nb和2号Nb含量为0.05%的两种试验钢作为研究对象,并使用CCT-AY-II连退模拟器对其进行I&Q&P工艺处理。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和拉伸试验机等研究了两种试验钢在不同温度退火后的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:试验钢的强度随退火温度升高而上升,伸长率则相反,1号与2号试验钢强塑积均在840℃退火时达到最大值,分别为12.3 GPa·%与14.3 GPa·%;与1号无Nb试验钢相比,2号加Nb试验钢组织相对细小,塑性略高,强度明显高于1号无Nb试验钢,这与Nb的细晶强化和析出强化有关。 In order to study the effects of Nb element and I&Q&P process on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of dual phase steel,two kinds of experimental steels,No.1 Nb free and No.2 Nb content of 0.05%,were designed as the research objects,and the I&Q&P process treatment of the steels was carried out by CCT-AY-II continuous annealing simulator.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the two kinds of experimental steels annealed at different temperatures were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and tensile testing machine.The results show that the strength of the experimental steels increases with the increase of annealing temperature,while the elongation decreases.The product of strength and elongation of the experimental steel No.1 and No.2 reaches the maximum value at the annealing temperature of 840℃,which is 12.3 GPa·%and 14.3 GPa·%,respectively.Compared with the No.1 Nb free steel,the No.2 Nb containing steel has relatively fine microstructure,slightly higher plasticity and significantly higher strength than the No.1 Nb free steel,which is related to the fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening of Nb.
