摘要
百年未有之大变局下,世界经济形态的新变革、国际力量对比的新演化、技术变革和产业革命的新迭代均对湖南发展产生了深刻影响。因此,在全球视野中审视全面建设现代化新湖南,需要充分认识百年大变局下湖南发展的外部环境变化、准确把握百年大变局给湖南带来的挑战与机遇、沉着应对百年大变局对湖南发展产生的影响。百年未有之大变局下湖南要以“三高四新”为战略抓手,积极融入全球制造业大升级、顺应全球科技大迭代、应对全球开放格局大调整。
Under the great changes unseen in a century,the new changes in the world economic form,the new evolution of the international balance of power,the technological changes and the new iteration of the industrial revolution have all had a profound impact on the development of Hunan.Therefore,to examine the comprehensive construction of a modern new Hunan from a global perspective,we need to fully understand the changes in the external environment of Hunan's development under the great changes in the century,accurately grasp the challenges and opportunities brought to Hunan by the great changes in the century,and calmly deal with the impact of the great changes in the century on Hunan's development.Under the great changes not seen in a century,Hunan should take the“Three high and four new”as the strategic starting point,actively integrate into the global manufacturing industry upgrading,comply with the global science and technology iteration,and respond to the global opening pattern adjustment.
