摘要
设施园艺作物精准调控,需利用高光谱、多光谱等相机检测作物生长状态信息,而开发出可搭载相机的电驱平台,提高检测的效率和效果,已成为开展设施园艺作物精准调控工作的迫切需求。为此,介绍了一种采用功能拓展设计方案的电驱平台:在现有设施园艺移栽机装备上合理增设一套以三菱PLC为控制器,采用伺服驱动的相机搭载平台,其机械架构由同步带轮组、丝杠丝母副、不规则升降平台,行走装置及双层横梁轨道等组成。测试结果表明:拓展设计的电驱平台,可搭载多种相机开展作物生长状态信息定点检测,节省了开发成本及占地空间,有效提升了设施园艺装备的功能水平,具有较高的示范推广价值。
Using hyper spectral or multispectral cameras and so on to detect the growth status information of plants is a necessary step to carry out the precise regulation in facility horticulture.To develop the advanced detection equipment that can carry cameras to move automatically,so as to improve the detection efficiency and detection effect,is an urgent demand to do the work of precise control of plants in facility horticulture.In the paper,the design of a kind of electric platform is introduced.A function expanding scheme is adopted on the existing facilities horticulture transplanting machine,a camera carrying platform with a PLC and servo drive units is reasonably added;its mechanical structure consists of synchronous belt wheel,screw wire female vice,irregular lifting platform,walking device,a double beam orbit and so on.Practice shows that the expended equipment can carry cameras to move in three dimensions freely,and realize the new function of carrying several kinds of cameras to do the detection of crop growth status information effectively.The design which has saved the development cost and an area of space,improved the function level of horticultural facility equipment effectively is worth promoting.
