摘要
为了解决当前校园足球特色学校与社会足球培训机构合作中存在的难题,优化合作模式,该文运用问卷调查法、文献资料法等对江苏省学校和机构合作出现的问题进行研究。研究发现,双方合作后效果显著,但仍存在资金不足、来源单一,机构教育理念不适,功利思想束缚发展,学校管理措施欠缺的问题。建议双方在之后的合作中,拓宽资金渠道,完善竞赛体制;建立沟通机制,更新教育理念;加强理论学习,摒弃功利思想;完善管理机制,指导校园足球发展,以此来促进校园足球特色学校与社会足球培训机构的合作发展。
In order to solve the existing problems in the cooperation between school football characteristic schools and social football training institutions and optimize the cooperation mode,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method and literature method to study the problems arising from the cooperation between schools and institutions in Jiangsu Province.It is found that the cooperation between the two sides has achieved remarkable results,but there are still problems such as insufficient funds and single source,inappropriate educational concept of institutions,utilitarianism restricting development and lack of school management measures.It is suggested that in the future cooperation,both sides should broaden the channels of funds to improve the competition system,establish communication mechanism to renew education concept,strengthen theoretical study to abandon utilitarian thought,and improve the management mechanism to guide the development of football,in order to promote the cooperation and development of school football characteristic schools and social football training institutions.
