摘要
在瞬息万变的经济形势之下,对企业生存发展来说,通过高效的销售活动实现利润的最大化始终处于核心地位。如何通过科学行之有效的方法提升销售水平,是企业经营者要解决的关键问题。在此,以A公司为研究案例,从组织、制度与流程以及销售团队管理等维度,对其销售管理存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出了具有一定实践参考价值的解决方案,以其能够促进企业实现销售业绩的持续增长。
In the ever-changing economic situation,maximizing profits through efficient sales activities is always the first concern of enterprises.How to improve the sales level through scientitle and effective methods is a key for business operators.This paper makes an in-depth study of sales management of company A with respect of its organization,system and process as well as sales team.It states that it is necessary to improve the sales business system so that its sales performance can be continuously increased,and it also provides important and comprehensive theoretical analysis and practical experience,and puts forward effective reference schemes for the lack of internal sales management.
