Analysis of Volatile Odor Components in Packaging Paper by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry/olfaction

摘要 采用顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱/嗅闻联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS/O),对不同厂家的4组纸张样品的挥发性物质进行了定性、定量分析;据挥发性成分的气味特征和嗅觉阈值,准确定位了异味成分,并确定了相关化合物对纸张整体异味的贡献水平。通过主成分分析、聚类分析、热图和相关性计算等多种计量手段,对组间、组内纸张样品整体挥发性成分进行了比较与稳定性评价。研究结果可以为纸张生产及相关环节的挥发性成分管控提供反馈,同时对减少异味的产生具有一定的实际参考意义。 Headspace solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/olfactory technology(HS-SPME-GC-MS/O)was used to study four groups of paper samples from different manufacturers,and the volatile substances were effectively analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively;According to the odor characteristics and olfactory threshold of volatile components,the odor components were accurately located,and the contribution level of related compounds to the overall odor of paper was determined.The overall volatile components of paper samples between and within groups were compared and evaluated by principal component analysis,cluster analysis,thermography and correlation calculation.This study can provide feedback for the control of volatile components in paper production and related links,and has certain practical reference significance for reducing the generation of odor.
