摘要
文章以百万扩招为研究背景,分析服装艺术设计扩招生源的管理特点,总结扩招生源管理中存在的问题,并从管理手段、模式、考核评价三方面提出了服装艺术设计学生管理改进建议,以期通过策略的实施进一步有效提升学生管理工作质量,培养更多优秀的高水平服装艺术设计职业人才。
Taking the million enrollment expansion as the research background,this paper analyzes the management characteristics of the enrollment expansion of costume art design students,summarizes the problems in the enrollment expansion management,and puts forward innovative strategies for the management of costume art design students from three aspects of teaching management,moral education management,and community management,with a view to further effectively improving the quality of student management through the implementation of the strategies,and cultivating more excellent high-level costume art design professionals.
