摘要
冀花18号是河北省农林科学院粮油作物研究所以高油品种冀花5号为母本、高油酸种质开选01-6为父本,通过有性杂交和混合系谱法选育而成的油食两用小粒型高油酸花生品种。该品种在2013~2014年全国北方片小粒组区域试验中,荚果平均产量为4 577.70 kg/hm^(2),子仁平均产量为3 260.40 kg/hm^(2),分别较对照品种花育20号增产9.31%和5.34%;在2015年全国北方片生产试验(共22个试点)中,荚果平均产量为4 332.00 kg/hm^(2),子仁平均产量为3 153.00 kg/hm^(2),分别较对照品种花育20号增产7.20%和4.16%。经农业部油料及制品质量监督检验测试中心检测,冀花18号含油量54.97%,油酸含量81.80%,油酸亚油酸比值为30.30。该品种2016年通过国家农作物品种鉴定,2017年通过非主要农作物品种登记,2018年获植物新品种保护权。
The oil and edible Spanish type peanut cultivar Jihua No.18 with high oleic acid,was bred by the Institute of Cereal and Oil Crops of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,which was bred by sexual hybridization and mixed pedigree method using high oil cultivar Jihua No.5 as the female parent and high oleic acid germplasm Kaixuan 01-6 as the male parent.In the regional trial of the Spanish type group in the north of China from 2013 to 2014,the average yield of pod and kernel was 4577.70 kg/hm^(2) and 3260.40 kg/hm^(2),respectively,9.31%and 5.34%higher than the control variety Huayu No.20.In 2015,the average yield of pod and kernel was 4332.00 kg/hm^(2) and 3153.00 kg/hm^(2),respectively,which was 7.20%and 4.16%higher than the control variety Huayu No.20,respectively.According to the inspection of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Oilseeds and Products of the Ministry of Agriculture,the contents of oil and oleic acid of Jihua No.18 were 54.97%and 81.80%,respectively and the oleic acid/linoleic acid ratio was 30.30.This variety passed the national crop variety identification in 2016,passed the registration of non-major crop varieties in 2017,and obtained the protection right of new plant varieties in 2018.
