摘要
新工科建设的全面推进,不仅改变了高校“教”与“学”的行为,也对工科大学生的培养提出了全新的要求和标准。从国家战略的角度出发,新工科建设要打破传统的工科教学模式,面向未来新科技、新产业发展,培养具有较强工程实践能力与创新能力的工科人才;从企业用人需求的角度出发,新工科建设要不断加强对工科大学生专业素养、职业素养、团队素养和个人素养的培养与塑造,使其能更好地满足社会主义事业发展的需要。新工科建设对大学生职业素养培养具有积极的意义。
The comprehensive promotion of the construction of new engineering courses has not only changed the“teaching”and“learning”behavior of colleges and universities,but also put forward new requirements and standards for the training of engineering students.From the perspective of national strategy,the construction of new engineering should break the traditional engineering teaching mode,face the development of new technology and new industry in the future,and cultivate engineering talents with strong engineering practice ability and innovation ability.From the perspective of the employment needs of enterprises,the construction of new engineering should constantly strengthen the cultivation and shaping of the professional quality,professional quality,team quality and personal quality of engineering students,so that they can better meet the needs of the development of the socialist cause.The construction of new engineering courses is of positive significance to the cultivation of college students’professional quality.
