摘要
畜牧业已发展成为红河州的重要产业。通过对红河州畜牧业高质量发展进行调查,深入分析了新时代红河州畜牧业发展面临的产业化水平低、生产力水平不高、资源约束日益加剧等问题,以及市场需求仍然强劲、资源禀赋条件较好、农牧结合优势明显等机遇。研究提出了推进高质量发展目标,以及优化产业布局、调整优化结构、发展标准化规模养殖、加快推进畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用等对策建议,以期为红河州制定促进畜牧业高质量发展政策措施提供参考。
As livestock industry had played an important role in Honghe Prefecture,the status of its development was investigated,such gaps faced by the industry in a new era as low level of industrialization and productivity,and increasing limitation of resources,as well as the opportunities including strong market needs,good conditions of resources,and advantages of combination of agriculture with husbandry were further analyzed,then following recommendations were proposed:approaching the goal of development with high quality,optimizing industrial layout,adjusting and optimizing industry structure,developing standardized intensive farming,and accelerating the utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste resources,etc.,with a view to providing a reference to formulate policies and measures to promote the development with high quality of the industry in Honghe Prefecture.
