摘要
龙虎交战法是一种复式补泻手法,始见于明代徐凤《针灸大全》:“龙虎交战,左捻九而右捻六,是亦住痛之针”。古人以祥瑞之龙、威猛之虎分守左右,故左捻转针柄喻为龙,为补法;右捻转针柄喻为虎,为泻法;左转、右转两法反复交替使用,称为龙虎交战法。龙虎交战法既可以镇痛,又能用于镇静,与针刺麻醉的要求一致。由于针刺镇痛起效时间在针刺15 min后,并可持续至90 min,故可将龙虎交战法应用于甲状腺囊肿切除术、甲状腺腺瘤切除术等耗时较短的甲状腺手术术前等候期,既可保证麻醉效果,又可降低相关不良反应。
Dragon-tiger tactics method is a compound reinforcing and reducing method in acupuncture,which was first illustrated in the Ming Dynasty in Xu Feng′s Zhen Jiu Da Quan:"Dragon and tiger Tactics,twisting left nine and twisting right six,which is the needling that relieves pain".Ancient Chinese people used the auspicious Chinese dragon and the mighty tiger to guard the left and right respectively.Therefore,twisting the needle handle to the left is likened to a dragon,which is the method of reinforcing,while wisting the needle handle to the right is likened to a tiger,which is the method of reducing.The two methods of twisting left and twisting right are used repeatedly and alternately,which is called the dragon-tiger tactics method.It can be used for both analgesia and sedation,which is consistent with the requirements of acupuncture anesthesia.The onset time of acupuncture analgesia is 15 minutes after acupuncture and can last up to 90 minutes.Therefore,the dragon-tiger tactics method,which can not only guarantee the anesthesia effect but also reduce related adverse reactions,can be applied to thyroid cystectomy,thyroid adenoma resection,and other short preoperative waiting periods of thyroid surgery.
